WORSHIP SERVICES
At Grace Baptist Church, Amakom – Kumasi, we offer worship services that meet the spiritual needs of our diverse congregation. Each service is centered on Christ, rooted in Scripture, and designed to help you grow in faith.
Grace Baptist Church, Amakom offers three worship services that are tailored to meet the spiritual needs of our members and visitors.
TWI SERVICE
Our Twi Worship Service offers a vibrant and spirit-filled atmosphere where praises, prayers, and sermons are delivered in the Akan language (Twi). This service reflects our rich cultural expressions of worship and provides a warm space for all who connect best in our local language.
We start at 7.00 am and ends at 9.00 am evry Sunday at the Grace Cathedral, Amakom
ENGLISH SERVICE
The English Worship Service provides a contemporary worship experience with music, teaching, and fellowship in English. It is ideal for young adults, professionals, students, and anyone seeking a more global worship expression while staying rooted in biblical truth.
The English Service takes place from 9:0-11.00 am at the Grace Cathedral every Sunday.
TEENS CHURCH
Our Teens Service is specially designed to nurture the faith and character of young people. Through interactive Bible study, engaging discussions, mentorship, and vibrant worship, we help teenagers grow into Christ-like leaders who influence their world positively.
CHILDREN SERVICE
We hold two dedicated Children’s Worship Services every Sunday, running alongside the main church services:
1. 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Twi Service)
This service is conducted in Twi to help children learn the Gospel in a language that is familiar and comfortable.
During this session, children participate in:
Bible stories taught in simple, engaging language
Scripture memory and Bible recitations
Prayer and worship through local gospel songs
Poetry, drama, and interactive teachings
Group discussions that encourage sharing and learning
This service helps build strong Christian values while honoring culture and language.
2. 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (English Service)
Our English service provides children with the opportunity to learn and worship in English, making it ideal for children who engage in school and daily activities in that language.
This service includes:
Worship songs and praise time
Bible lessons designed for age-appropriate understanding
Creative arts expressions such as drama, sketches, and poems
Group discussions and activity-based learning
Character and values formation guided by Scripture
This session helps children grow in confidence and spiritual maturity while strengthening their communication and expression of faith.
